As a key member of the Willmott Dixon team as a Pre-Construction Design Manager working for both pre-construction and project delivery. In this role I was the main client liaison on selected contracts during project development and delivery and formed part of a successful bid team on competitive bids. Generally working on framework agreements I was an important part of the pre-construction function of the business helping develop and manage cost plans, appoint design teams, manage the design process and cost from conception to delivery and ensure project risks were identified and managed during the design development through the role of Principal Designer. My projects range in scale, procurement strategy, complexity and risk.
