An extremely organised, detail focused, highly motivated and very confident senior manager with over twenty three years experience in the construction industry. A calm and methodical approach to organising numerous different project elements, whilst building strong relationships with project stakeholders and my team to deliver stand out results. I’m commercially astute, always able to see the value in a project, out the box thinker seeing opportunity where nobody else can and a practical buildable solution as I have an exceptional eye for detail based on a solid level of experience taking projects from conception through to completion.

Originating from a design background, a wealth of technical knowledge and project management experience. The proven ability to plan and execute a variety of different complex construction projects. With strong experience in project contractual agreements, project planning, budget control, lean management, engineering value into a scheme and seeing things through to completion.

Extremely confident in utilising a vast array of computer programs, project management and 3D/4D CAD modelling software such as Revit, Navisworks and Sketchup to make my work stand out from the crowd. An excellent communicator, who produces clear and concise information for presentation at all levels. Enjoys the challenge of planning, monitoring and driving a project from start to finish and gains great satisfaction in delivering a successful outcome whilst always maintaining a can do, unfazed attitude. I take complete ownership over element effectively managing multiple projects at varying levels at any time and work very well leading numerous professional teams, gaining a great deal of respect through the commitment, determination and drive I show daily in my position.
