Managed the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of all people directly and indirectly involved in the project • Overall project responsibility and accountability • Producing delivery programme and monitor information release schedules • Determining all activities and resources within the scope of works and formulate packages of work for tendering • Lead role in technical signoffs for key elements of construction, (i.e. structural glazing, mechanical and electrical design works, building regulation approvals etc) • Monitor progress weekly and produce reports • Chair weekly team meetings and fortnightly design team meetings • Produce clear and concise evaluation reports and schedules
