During my time at Paragon as a Design Manager and a Project Manager I was involved in projects from Bid Stage through to Completion and Handover. My workload covered generally around ten projects when working as the group design manager at any time at varying levels and stages. Projects varied from office fit outs and extensions, bespoke multi million pound residential developments for key customers, school extensions and hotel fit outs.
